Sun bleaching to the spine and part of the front board. Binding a little loose and many of the plates have come away from the book and some are creased. Shelf wear to the boards and tanning and foxing to edges. Book is signed in ink by original owner at the top of the first page. There is what appears to be a child’s scribble in pencil on inside front cover. Corners are bumped. Front board slightly bowed. In fair condition. Bound in purple cloth – no dust jacket. Hardcover. Published by Eyre & Spottiswoode London 1934. Weight 627g
