Dolly’s Malta By Janette Danel Helleu

When arriving in Malta with her ‘Dolly’, Janette Danel-Helleu started to discover the islands while wondering through the streets, alleys and the bumpy country roads. She drove around the whole island day and night; on sunny days and stormy ones and started engaging deeply with the landscape and the culture, as she sought to make Malta her home. These photographs ‘through the eyes of Dolly’ are a unique way of viewing Malta and Gozo as they often engage us with a ‘back and forth’ view in an extremely unexpecting and beautiful way.
