A handcrafted and beautiful black wooden box with peony rose on the lid, plus smaller blossoms. The interior has been carefully decorated with pages from an old French newspaper. Inside the lid is pictured ‘Perdu En Mer!” and the interior features a page from Supplement Litteraire Illustre du ‘Petit Parisien’. Green baize on base. Keyhole, but no key provided.
