Stunning Vintage French Jet Dress Or Waist Band Adornment – Circa Early 1900s

Although probably originally intended to adorn a dress to be worn during the Victorian period of mourning, this would now look wonderful on a contemporary design. Some age – related wear such as slight fraying, a few missing beads, and re – stitching having taken place over the years. However, this is a highly recommended piece for the fashion conscious.
