“Storm Clouds Gathering” – Limited Edition Print Of Gloster Sea Gladiators Signed By Artist Chris French – 100/250

Number 100 of a limited print of 250 copies signed by the Artist Chris French. The print depicts Gloster Sea Gladiators known as ‘Faith’ ‘Hope’ and ‘Charity’ in the days prior to the outbreak of the air war over Malta in 1940. The nearest sea Gladiator in the painting shows N5519 ‘Charity’ having a propeller changed to improve performance. These prints were commissioned by The Malta Aviation Museum Foundation to help the ongoing long term rebuild of Sea Gladiator N5519 which is being returned to airworthy condition.
