Collector’s Vintage Decorative Brass Fish With ‘Secret’ Compartment From Northern India – Circa 1990s

From a private collection and difficult to find in this size. Heavy brass fish (Puffa?) with small rings for hanging and ‘feet’ to aid in display. Small trapdoor in the base with the original pin for inserting incense or pot pourri, but it can also be used for storing valuables H:15 (to top of fin) x L:26 x W:8.5cm
