Antique Wedgewood Blue / Jasperware Scent Bottle With Repousse Sterling Silver Lid – Circa 1890

Dipped Jasper Ware cylindrical scent bottle, the body decorated with the Three Graces at the front and classical figure at the back, within sprigged borders. Cork lined, sterling silver screw top lid with repousse decoration, complete with maker’s initials CM (prestigious silversmith Charles May). Other hallmarks are rubbed, but it is estimated to be circa 1890. The Jasper Ware body is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The silver lid fits firmly and securely and has some minor and light creases. Faint fragrance remains H:6.8cm
