Vintage Set Of Two Schumann Bavarian Porcelain Child’s Cups And Saucers – Off For A Picnic and Little Mothers – Circa 1940s

Very rare pattern, each cup and saucer with a different combination of children busy at play. This set includes ‘Off For A Picnic ‘ and Little Mothers’. The saucers have a combination of toys around the embossed red trim rim. The cup and saucer are very small, most likely a child’s set, but could be used as a demi tasse or espresso. The stamp on the pattern is from 1945. The cups are also embossed around the top quarter and all have the children on the inside of the cup, with toys inside and out. The toys alone are delightful.
