Vintage Czech Neiger Lapis Blue Glass Lipstick Art Deco Buckle – Circa 1930s

Unusual ‘lipstick’ design Czech Neiger with lapis blue domed and round glass stones in an intricate floral design gilt metal setting, inlaid with occasional black. Apart from some barely discernible missing black, the only possible flaw is that the right hand ‘tube’ is slightly flatter than the left.
