Vintage Beautisales Powder Compact In Red And Black Art Deco Style – Circa 1950s

The lid has a red and black checkerboard decoration which stands out against the silver tone case. The lid opens to reveal a mirror which has a small dark age spot and there is a tiny ‘ding’ on the base, but otherwise the compact is in excellent condition. The inside of the compact is finished in a beautiful copper effect. The internal lid is stamped with the makers mark ‘Beautisales’ and ‘Made in England’ and lifts to reveal an empty powder compartment. A wonderful vintage and collectable compact L:7.75 x W:7.75cm
