ORIGINAL ARTWORK FROM THE YOUNG EYES ON VALLETTA COMPETITION – As part of the initial stage of fundraising on behalf of Save The Valletta Skyline Appeal in 2017, Michele O’Reilly and Lucy Paterson organised a National Art Competition, inviting all children between the ages of 4 and 16 to submit a painting of the Valletta skyline and to explain, in their own words, why they think Valletta is such a great city! We are delighted to be able to offer this original painting and include the book ‘Young Eyes On Valletta – Images And Thoughts Presented By Young Artists In Malta – Compiled By Michele O’Reilly And Lucy Paterson’. So that you can view all the entries and enjoy the (then) young artists’ comments on Valletta – sometimes from wise heads on young shoulders and sometimes very amusing. The book is also available to buy from our Books section, noted under General Interest (€10 each)
