Small Bird On Branch Expresso Cup And Saucer

Handmade and painted in Italy, a little black bird perches among green leaves, purple berries and an orange flower, with a pink heart in the background and pink dots to the cup rim, handle and saucer edge. Each piece is brand new, unique and therefore may be slightly irregular in shape, with slight imperfections to the surface or colour. They are entirely shaped by hand, left to dry to a leather hard state before being painted with engobes and sgraffito, fired twice at 1000 degrees for 24 hours in a ceramic kiln. They are finished with lead free, non toxic glaze. Dishwasher friendly, but hand washing is recommended. Cup H:6 x D:7cm. Saucer D:10cm
