The Life And Eager Death Of Emily Brontë. Spine bound in brown leather and boards in faux leather. No dust jacket. The binding of the spine is peeling away slightly from front board but is not torn. Binding in good condition, some bumping to the four corners. There is an ‘Ex Libris’ label bearing the name of the previous owner on the inside front cover, and an inscription in light pencil at the top right of the first page. There is some tanning and a little foxing on the edges and pages, and occasional light staining on some pages. Book appears to have been rebound at some stage of its lifetime. Hardcover. Published by Rich and Cowan London 1936. Weight 689g
