Antique French Serpent Champagne Tap. The tap is screwed through the cork and pushed to the bottom of the bottle, and the serpent’s tail is a valve which turns to allow the Champagne to travel up the tap and out the serpent’s mouth. The Tap is made of Nickel-Plated Brass with a beautiful rosewood handle. Small scuff/scratch to handle (see image) and tail valve is quite stiff L:34 x W:8cm
